Files reports with the National Chapter in an accurate and timely fashion
Maintains files of all reports and correspondence with the National Chapter
Prepares reports after completion of activities and presents to officers
Assists Recording Secretary in performance of duties as needed

Jeremy Roose
Provides all information concerning activities to the Reporting Secretary for completion of reports to the National Chapter
Maintains records for members and their eligibility
Works with Reporting Secretary to ensure that reports are forwarded to the National Chapter in an accurate and timely fashion
Provides secretarial duties for the organization
