Hours Reporting System

  • Use this form to report all non-Beta hours.
  • To report errors in hours recorded, please use our error-reporting form.
  • Do not report Beta-sponsored tutoring with this form. Beta tutoring hours are recorded from the sign-in sheet in BEH 400. Contact the Tutoring Director for more information.
  • Use this form to report tutoring that you competed outside of the beta-sponsored program (i.e., tutoring that you arranged yourself).
